If you own a boat or would like to rent one from a local marina, the backyard dock can fit up to a 33 foot yacht.

Back in the living room you will find a gas fireplace and a cozy sectional you can sink into & stream a movie or show with the firestick. There is also a Sonos sound system throughout the home.

The upstairs bathroom features a rain shower with body massage jets. The jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom is currently undergoing maintenance and is off limits. Thank you for understanding.

Your magical retreat is:
- 7 miles to the ocean at Jones Beach State Park (*parking pass provided)
- less than a 10 minute walk to CVS, liquor store, & nail salon
- 21 miles from JFK airport

Other things to note
We have 2 twin air mattresses and one queen air mattress available for use. The windowsill bed in the living room is also an additional sleeping area.

The back florida main floor bedroom has 2 points of entrance - one through the middle main floor bedroom, & one from the outside. Code will be provided upon request
