One Epic Stay (formerly known as the Sunflower) is a spacious, historic home only 1/2 mile from Covington Square. With 4 bedrooms offering full ensuite bathrooms, a mix of queen, twin, full, and king beds, this peaceful retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of private bathrooms for getting ready for a trip to the square.

This Circa 1890 home welcomes guests to a warming fusion of craftsman and modern-day architectural charm. Our kitchen is fully stocked with essentials you’ll need to prepare home-cooked meals, should you choose to do so.

Welcome the morning with a delicious coffee ground fresh and brewed by you on our SMEG appliances while relaxing on front porch rockers.

Convenient location to restaurants, gift shops, boutiques, and Cricket Frog Trail for a nice stroll or exercising. Endless opportunities and everything that the “Hollywood of the South”, “Serenity” & “Mystic Falls” has to offer.

Very nicely decorated and clean house. Walking distance from Downtown Covington. Golf cart in property, so convenient for families with elderly or young children. Fully ecquipped with crib/play pen, great laundry facilites. Full bathroom in every bedroom/suite and a half bathroom available in the common areas. The kitchen is fully ecquipped with different types of coffee makers and a drink bar. It felt very safe as there’s a main road in front and the house is well lit outside. Very quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. Walking distance from the famous Twelve Oaks Mansion. There’s a nice walking trail near Owner was readily available (texted back within minutes). It was indeed an Epic Stay.

Such an amazing house in the perfect location! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had the best trip! We visited Covington for my sister’s bachelorette party and have already talked about visiting again and staying here! Highly recommend for any occasion

One Epic Stay was definitely the perfect place to stay for our girls getaway! From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy furnishings, spacious rooms and thoughtful decor, every detail was accounted for. We truly wanted for nothing. The location of the home is perfect - we walked everywhere! When we didn’t feel like walking, we had a blast riding the golf cart around town. As TVD and Sweet Magnolias fans, I know we’ll be back to visit Covington again and One Epic Stay is the only place we’re interested in booking.

Truly an epic stay!

This was the perfect home for a weekend get away! Very close to Covington square. The golf cart was such a fun way to get around. The home itself was so clean! The host was amazing and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Brides vampire weekendwith her aunts

We took our niece for a girls weekend to celebrate her upcoming wedding. We really enjoyed covington and all of the fun vampire diary stuff in town. the house was perfect location ,comfortable and well kept . Had everything we needed.
