The Apperson House is a two-story dream come true property in Madison, Alabama and is filled with antiques that can be purchased. Madison has many attractions: The Huntsville Space Center, the Trash Pandas baseball team, Omni Concerts, wedding venues and more!

The downstairs has 2 primary suites with 2 private baths and a 1/2 bath. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: one bedroom is a primary suite with a private bath. The remaining 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bath. The half-bath is downstairs. Maximum capacity is 10. The beds are made with fresh linen. Kitchen, and bathroom linens are supplied. Owner does a have a supply of beach towels, but guest are to wash them prior to leaving if used. The home is equipped with full-size appliances plus everything you will need to prepare most meals. Bring the food and seasonings!
There is a standard coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. Bring pods or coffee and filters. There is a one-day supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, personal toiletries and sample size detergents.

There are amenities such as a pool table--ping-pong-table--Cornhole/bean bag toss--baby gates--high chair--pack-n-play--and a private swimming pool and pool towels. The pool is saltwater instead of chlorine. There is an outside gas grill (renter responsible for refills). Guests are responsible for their own safety.

Pool Schedule: Opens Memorial Day Weekend and closes October 1st each year.

This is a pet friendly property, limit of 1 DOG - Non-aggressive breeds only and 50 pounds max weight with $50.00 pet fee.
No air mattress - No smoking allowed inside home.
