This is NOT a shared property. The top level is currently storage and the cleaners' supplies. You are more than welcome to use the top deck to stargaze though!

Other things to note--
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside of the property! There will be an extra $250 cleaning fee if this happens. Smoking outside is permitted.

While we sit on over an acre or property, we do have neighbors. Please be respectful of them. Pictures indicate proximity of neighbors in the front and to the right. There is also a neighbor to the left, which is not pictured.
