The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: 3rd floor unit. Elevator. Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and more!
Family room: Enjoy the open concept with plenty of seating. Pond views!
Bedroom 1: King bed with a TV & pond views.
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed. TV.
Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and hallway.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Fold down futon bed. TV.
Balcony: Nice seating area to enjoy the pond and pool views. 4 season usage!
Pools: There are several (7) unheated pools around the complex pond that are open year round.
Other: Charcoal grills located across property. You must bring your own fluid and charcoal.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the highly recognized nearby golf courses (extra fees apply).

This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach!

Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the booking terms provided during reservation.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
No pets. By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform
Max guest count is 7.
Routine pest control happens every 1st Friday of February, May, August & November. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
