Alma Hub 121 offers fully-furnished, pet-friendly apartments ideal for monthly or extended stays. Each smart home features full kitchens, in-home workspaces, keyless entry, and all the essentials for a seamless, modern stay experience. All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
