Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the proximity if this rental to the beach. It was so easy to walk across the street and get to the beach. The place was very clean and furniture was very nice. We could hear some street noise because of proximity to the road. The air conditioning in the bedroom was very loud & sometimes hard to sleep. Central unit in the main living room would have been nicer.

Great property for a family vacation in a fantastic location

We stayed at this property for 7 nights during Spring Break, and were very happy to find this unit that suited our family of 5 (two adults, and three teens). The unit is as described in the description and very well organized. It was clean, free of odours, and had everything that we needed for our stay. All the appliances were of quality and worked perfectly. It has plenty of space for 5 of us, from meals, to washing up after an active day, and just hanging out. We felt great about spending time in our unit from meals, to TV, to spending time on the lanai. We cook alot in Maui, and this unit had all we needed in the kitchen. If you like to bbq/grill, the property has well maintained charcoal and gas grill area, which becomes a great gathering place to meet your neighbours and share stories. Parking on the property is easy and plentiful - we never were more than a few steps away from our vehicle. The closet of the lanai was the most organized I have ever seen. It had chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, snorkelling gear, and more, all inventoried, and organized with labels. The location is spectacular. Just a short walk (or drive) from our favourite stores on South Kihei Rd, and Kamaole Beaches just across the street. We explored other beaches on the island, but having the Kamaoele beaches just across the street was fantastic when you don't feel like venturing far. We would consider staying again!

Beautiful condo in beautiful Maui

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hale Kamaole 276 is a lovely unit in a great complex. The condo is nicely updated, with comfy beds and nice furnishings. The kitchen was pretty well outfitted, although could use some more forks and knives - I suspect some have “walked away”. The condo sleeps six (2 bedrooms and a loft), but oddly only seats 4 on the lanai and 4 at the dining table. The views from the lanai are excellent- we could see whales breaching and tail-slapping. Kam III beach across the road is a lovely spot to watch the sunset. Because the condo is just one unit in from the road, traffic noise can be annoying when on the lanai. We have stayed in this complex several times before because it is very nice, and the location is ideal for access to many great beaches and snorkeling spots in and south of Kihei. The staff are very helpful and responsive, although I disagree with their policy of only providing a small “starter” amount of paper products, soap, and detergent. We were there for 2 1/2 weeks and were supplied with only 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, one roll of paper towels, 5 dishwasher pods, and some laundry detergent pods. Since I would guess that they buy a lot of these supplies in bulk from Costco, it would probably cost them less than ten dollars to provide us with enough of these basics. On the other hand, they quickly supplied us with several more beach towels we were lacking. Overall, I certainly recommend the Hale Kam complex, and this unit is very nice. I might hesitate to get this unit again because of the road noise - we’ve stayed in units further removed from the road, and they are nice and quiet. But because of its proximity to the road, and therefore the ocean, the views are outstanding. Depends on your preference.

Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Hale Kamaole #267- this unit was clean, nicely appointed, beautiful view of the ocean, very comfortable for 4- super location!!! Walking distance to beaches- snorkeling, turtle watching, surfing- close to shopping, great funky restaurants, bars, and Kihei market ... the amenities are nice and really well maintained- lovely pools and tennis courts. The staff at the coop are fantastic and responsive - I would suggest new a/c units in both bedrooms - especially the upstairs bedroom- as well as to stay on top if the roach situation. Otherwise was fantastic accommodation and would definitely come back!!

Excellent location, a nicely modernized condo that has been well kept with all the kitchen tools to prepare any type of meal, and nice toys to take to the beach. Plus, panoramic views of the ocean and sunsets. Make sure you walk out to the boat ramp near by to watch sea turtles feeding.

However, the main living area and the loft were not. For the couple staying in the loft it was difficult even with the fans. We also rented 3 other units and they were not updated and were OLD. The location was perfect. The complex was clean. The grills were helpful and seemed to be cleaned by the staff every morning. Would recommend this unit and only this unit due to being updated. Cable TV, Internet, stocked kitchen, beach towels, etc.

Just across the road from Kamaole III beach. Perfect for your day at the beach and the perfect vantage point for viewing Maui's beautiful sunsets. The condo is just as it is represented in the listing. Clean and well maintained condo. Walking distance to small shop and restaurants. If visiting with kids, the Turtle Tracks open air taxi is a hit. Driver also carry's booster seat for those requiring it.

One of The Best Condos In Hale Kamaole

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great get away in Kihei. Located right across the street from Kamaole beach. As soon as you walk into 276 you feel right at home. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, well sized bedroom with King size bed and window ac(1st floor), loft with comfortable queen size bed, Master En Suite with King Bed window ac(2nd floor), living room 4 top round table, L shaped couch, flat screen tv (2 bedrooms and living room), Balcony with the best view on the property with tall round 4 top table to soak in the sunrise and sunset, balcony closet equipped with all the things you need to enjoy the beach (snorkels,beach mats, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.) Ocean themed, Uber clean and well maintain property. Management is great, you don't even see them, they text you the code to the room and you are home for your stay. My family had a great time here. Great hiking jogging path to Wailea across the street, calm waters in the morning for relaxing swim or snorkel until about 9ish am is the best time, great food just a walk away, jump off a waterfall mile 10 at road to Hana, get Ululani's Shaved Ice Da Best. So much to do in Maui! 276 will help you enjoy the island to the max!

From the moment we walked in , to the moment we left , we enjoyed our stay at Hale Kamole .The unit is beautiful, and the owners have done a beautiful job renovating this unit , it has everything you need .and is well equipped, and a great view . We where also very close to the beach and pool , and lots of beach equipment .We would definitely say at Hale Kamole in unit 276 again .

We have stayed here a few times it was our first stay in unit 276 and we all loved the Devore, very comfortable beds, excellent outdoor closet with everything you need for a great beach day. 6 beach chairs, five boogie boards, various sizes of snorkel equipment, beach mats, two umbrellas etc. you won’t need to bring anything but your clothes and pick up some food and drinks to stock your fridge. The beach park across the street at sunset was a favorite of our families and we found it quite roomy for four adults and one child, it would work even with four adults and two or three children well.The place was spotless clean and recently updated compared to other units at the property. The only downside to being so close to the beach was the road noise from the lanai but once inside you can’t hear a thing, being close to the road though makes it a short walk to the beach which was why we booked this place.You won’t be disappointed by Hale Kamaole, the grounds are well maintained and the pools are cleaned every morning and grills are available for bbq and kept very clean.This unit has lots of dishes and glassware as well to do family cooking at home after a long day at the beach or is a short walk to a few restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had 8 night at 276. The city do fit our needs very well. 276 is very close to the main road. This is a blessing and a slight problem. View is great. Road noise is not great. Condo has been recently redone so it is very nice. Lots of beach things are supplied (some items should be thrown out but not sure who’s job that is). A sharp set of kitchen knives would be nice. Overall one of the best condos we have stayed at while at hale kamole

Great view and excellent location!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo, it was perfect, large and well stocked. We also loved the ocean view and the location!

Home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a pleasure staying at Hale Kampala again, the unit was great, the weather was great and the view was great. Look forward to next year trip back there again
