You can step right onto the sand from the building, but you’re also just a short walk from the SkyWheel, Boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and local favorites like Bummz Beach Café.
It’s the kind of place where you can do everything — or absolutely nothing — and still have a perfect day. Whether you want to explore attractions, stroll along the beach, or grab an ice cream across the street, this location truly has it all.

There are plenty of great places in Myrtle Beach, but we wanted to create one that truly felt like a comfortable, affordable home base with a little extra magic. Our condo is on the 20th floor, so the ocean views are absolutely stunning — you can enjoy your morning coffee with sunrise skies and sea breeze from the private balcony.
It’s newly renovated, decorated with a cozy coastal feel, and surprisingly spacious for a one-bedroom — it comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups. Add in the lazy river, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, beach access, and a full kitchen, and you’ve got a place that feels like a mini resort — without the steep resort prices.
