Ideal for both short and long stays. We look forward to hosting you! Living Room: A cozy, inviting space to relax, complete with a Smart TV, PS4 console, and comfortable seating for unwinding after a busy day. Kitchen: A brand-new, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals with ease. Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and everything you need. Bedroom 1: A peaceful retreat with a comfortable queen bed, spacious closet, and tasteful décor for a restful night’s sleep. Bedroom 2: Also featuring a queen bed, closet, and a dedicated office desk, perfect for remote work or studying in a quiet setting. Bathroom: A stylish, well-appointed bathroom with luxury details, fresh towels, and modern fixtures. Additional Notes: The unit is on the first floor, offering easy access to all rooms. The entire unit None. Guests will have autonomous access to the unit via e-lock. We don’t provide washcloths. If you need, please bring your own.

There was great communication from the host beginning from the time of the reservation until after we left. Very nice 2 bedroom apartment reasonably priced and in a great location. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Pros: David was very responsive. The unit itself was clean, and the location was close to the university and restaurants/shopping. Cons: The apartment complex is very old and the area felt a little sketchy.

⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 – Misleading Listing Photos & Thermostat Issues We stayed here this weekend while in Gainesville for a soccer game. The apartment itself was clean and generally fine for a short stay, but there were two significant issues that need to be addressed. First, the listing is misleading. The primary photo shows a brand-new, modern six-story luxury building. That image strongly influenced my decision to book, as it gave the clear impression that we would be staying in a newly built upscale condo building. Upon arrival, we discovered that the photo is actually of a nearby hospital — not the apartment building. This was not disclosed anywhere in the description. The actual property looks nothing like the first photo presented in the listing. While the price was reasonable for what we ultimately received, the marketing is deceptive and creates expectations that are not accurate. Expedia and/or the host should correct this immediately for transparency. Second, the electronic thermostat was malfunctioning during our stay. The temperature sensors were not working properly, and the unit was cooling down to around 55 degrees even though the apartment was already cold. It was very difficult to regulate the temperature, which made the stay uncomfortable at times. This definitely needs to be repaired before future guests arrive. Overall, the apartment itself was acceptable, but the misleading photos and thermostat issues significantly impacted the experience. I hope these issues a
