✔ Before You Arrive: Send us a copy of your passport at least 1 day before check-in for a smooth process.

✔ Respect the neighbors and follow Dubai’s laws.
✔ No parties allowed.
✔ No smoking indoors (balcony allowed). A 3500 AED penalty applies for smoking inside.
✔ Lost Key Cards: 500 AED replacement fee.

✔ Late Check-Out: Upon confirmation. Leaving between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm costs AED 500. Until 3:00 pm, it`s AED 1000.
