Relax in the private jacuzzi, stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy A/C and Smart TVs with Netflix in every room. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed for a restful stay. Just steps from top restaurants, nightlife, the Cat Park, Tertulia museum and Colonial San Antonio (3 blocks away) - the perfect base for families and groups.
The Space:
🌿 Spacious comfort with a private jacuzzi
This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment is located in a semi-basement, one flight of stairs down from the building entrance (no elevator). With a generous 91 m² / 979 ft² of space, it’s the perfect retreat for families or groups who want comfort, privacy, and walkable access to everything El Peñón has to offer.
🛏 Sleep & relax
Each bedroom is equipped with A/C and a 43" SmartTV, while the living room features a large fan and a 49" SmartTV — all ready for Netflix and your favorite apps. One of the closets includes a safe for valuables.
🍳 Cook & gather
The open kitchen and living area are bright and spacious, ideal for cooking and spending time together. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes essentials like coffee, salt, pepper, and oil.
🧼 Bathrooms
Both bathrooms come stocked with towels, floor mats, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper.
💻 Stay connected
A 300 Mb fiber-optic internet connection keeps you online at all times, with the router inside the apartment if you prefer a wired Ethernet connection.
🛁 Private jacuzzi
Step out onto your covered patio to enjoy your own private jacuzzi — the perfect place to unwind after exploring Cali’s vibrant streets.
🚪 Security
The building has video surveillance on the façade and in common areas. While there is no 24/7 on-site staff, our cleaning and maintenance team visit the building daily to ensure everything runs smoothly.
🚗 Parking
There is no private parking at the building. Please avoid leaving vehicles unattended on the street — this applies throughout Cali. We recommend the secure public parking lot by the Tertulia Museum, just 2 blocks away.
🧺 Housekeeping
Housekeeping service is not included but can be arranged with at least one day’s notice. The service includes a full cleaning of the apartment. A jacuzzi water and chemical change is available upon request

Guest Access:
Once you rent the place, it's all yours. You are welcome to have visitors, but please don't exceed the 6 person maximum capacity at any time, and please respect the house rules at all times. Thank you :-)
The Neighborhood:
El Peñon is a Zona Rosa and Cali's premium hotel district. Within walking distance, you will find more than 40 restaurants, fancy cocktail bars, bakeries, home-made ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transportation, Cali's river, the historic center, colonial San Antonio, the Tertulia Museum, etc. In other words, this is the place to be in Cali. The property is located right around the corner from Krost Bakery which is probably the best breakfast spot in the entire city.
SmartFit and BodyTech gyms offer daily and weekly passes and are located about 5-6 blocks away, a pleasant stroll along the river🏋️♂️.
Getting Around:
Access to transportation is easy and the options include yellow taxis, Uber, DiDi and busses. All of them are metered (buses have a fixed price) so you need not worry about being overcharged.
But the best way to experience the area is walking around. Don't miss visiting San Antonio and the river boulevard.
Other Things to Note:
Registration📝:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for every person staying at the property. A signed rental agreement is required prior to entry.
Medical tourists🩺:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.
Airport pick-ups✈️:
Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.
Factura electrónica📄:
We provide a legal electronic invoice for the amount paid in Colombian pesos. This invoice complies with all local regulations, making it suitable for deducting your stay as a business expense.
Interruption in utilities⚠️:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund.
