Experience downtown Florence from our historic loft, steps from UNA, restaurants & music. This spacious retreat comfortably fits your group, blending historic charm with modern luxuries like a chef's kitchen, comfy beds, and a spa-like master shower. Perfect for exploring the best of the city on foot.

Our beautifully restored loft showcases original hardwood floors and exposed brick masonry, offering a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV.

ACCESSIBILITY: Please be aware that the loft is located on an upper floor and is accessible only via two sets of stairs. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Security: For your peace of mind, the private parking lot is motion-lit and monitored by video cameras. There are no cameras inside the loft.

- Check-in is at 4 pm & check out is at 10 am
- No smoking / vaping
- No Pets - we love them but limit allergens for all our guests
- Please limit a maximum of 15 people in the property without prior approval.

This was the perfect weekend getaway! The cutest downtown loft apartment, in a great location, and with the best hosts - they truly went above and beyond. The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It was also walking distance to some great dinner spots and coffee shops. We had the best time and would definitely stay again!

Great location downtown with shops, restaurants, bars, etc., and great opportunities to walk in historical Florence. Beds were super comfy and kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more.

What a nice, highly communicative, and accommodating owner. One of the best-stocked stays we've every enjoyed--from coffee to snacks to toiletries.The space is as cool as is looks online, and the location could not be better for walking.

My wife found the listing for this loft which sealed the deal for a last minute whimsical, and first trip, down Alabama! The loft is every bit as beautiful and cozy as the photos suggest. From coffee to travel/dining/music guides and streaming TV, the loft is very well appointed, even down to the acoustic guitar which played well, and was a fitting touch. There are also plenty of nice dining and shopping spots within walking distances. Check in/check out instructions were very clear/easy, and Chris was quick to respond and resolve a situation that we had with the streaming TV setup. We highly recommend the loft and look forward to taking another trip down, well done!

Downtown Florence really is the heart of the Shoals. When it’s happening here, it’s happening downtown. We love the convenience of Loft 217 to walk around town and to the restaurants and shops.

Loft 217 is a historic Florence property. Originally “the Eleanor,” the property has been loved for over a century. Guest will be treated to the original hardwoods and masonry along with a central view of Court Street. Truly, the best part of Loft 217 is ease of access to downtown, UNA, McFarland, and the Tennessee River.
