This was a mixed experience. The good:- host excellent and responsive, providing solutions - swimming pool was great- air conditioning nice and cold- kitchen well stocked- lots of extra towels and bedding Room for improvement:- cleaning was subpar by far. We cleaned floors, showers, bedding on arrival. Thankfully there was a washing machine. Floors were not swept; hair, nail clippings present in the open. Shower with used soap with hair on it. Towels smelled like they hadn't been washed properly, or not dried properly and put away wet. Biggest issue for us. We were refunded half a day's fee at least.- this unit is a touch far from where you park; was difficult arriving at night and lugging luggage from the car there. For other purposes it was fine, once we knew where we were going. - there is something weird with water flow we couldn't figure out, the master bath sink was sometimes just a trickle, but sometimes fine, couldn't figure that out. Shower pressure was fine, but... - on the last day one of the shower heads, during a shower, made a loud noise and popped open so water was coming down like a water fall from one side- toilet mechanisms faulty; the float in the toilet bowl tanks often got stuck meaning it wouldn't fill after flushing, so the next use it wouldn't flush. This happened about 50 percent of the flushes. So we were routinely opening the tank to jiggle the float so it would refill and be able to flush.
