Fully equipped with new appliances including dishwasher and combination washer/dryer. Unit has two large, enclosed patios for year-round use, one facing south, one facing north, each with a table and chairs. Comes with high speed internet and three television sets including a 70” unit in the living room.
Includes one off-street parking spot.
