Thank you for giving us the opportunity to host you. We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied. You requested extra seating in the living room prior to your visit which we took care of. Karen, I really believed that your observations were private but unfortunately you made it public. You really were not trying to help but to smear and tear down. We have more than enough dishes, plates, bowls and cups for 6 people. There were 3 people in your party. Secondly - as you said our response is prompt to request for temperature changes. We have never had complaints about outlets in the house, and never had complaints about smell from the dishwasher, though we know it’s an older model so we were planning to change it. Wine glasses are not a priority but is considered. Importantly as you mentioned the property is clean. Be kind.

Thanks for staying with us Robert and thanks for your review. As your rightly said, though the AC is controlled we are very quick to respond to temp requests. It’s set at 72 where nearly 100% of guests are comfortable.
