The condo features a screened-in tiled lanai, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area. Both bedrooms are carpeted, and there are two full bathrooms for your convenience. A washer and dryer are available in the in-unit utility room. For entertainment, there are flat-screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom.

Guests can take advantage of the community’s exceptional amenities, including tennis and bocce courts, and one of the largest resort-style pools in Naples. A scenic 1-mile walking/biking path leads to Starbucks, Publix, and other convenient shops. Downtown Naples, 5th Avenue dining, white sand beaches, and kayaking tours are just a short drive away.

Important Rental Information (Winterpark HOA Approval Required)

Please note that all Winterpark rentals require HOA approval before occupancy. This is a community-wide policy managed by Golden Property Management Services in Naples, FL.

After booking, all guests must:
• Complete the official HOA Lease Application
• Sign the Pre-Rental Compliance Agreement
• Provide a $150 non-refundable HOA application fee (payable to Golden Property Management Services)
• Complete a background check through ApplyCheck (required for every tenant, including international guests)

For international guests: because Golden Property Management only accepts payment by check or U.S. credit card, the $150 HOA fee must be wired directly to the owner. The owner will then remit payment to the HOA on your behalf to ensure timely processing.

The HOA typically issues approvals within 2–3 weeks of receiving completed materials.

If, for any reason, your application is not approved, your booking will be fully refundable.
