Important Details:
♥ Occupancy: Maximum of 12 guests
♥ Entry: Keyless entry with passcode. Check-in after 4 pm.
♥ Heated Indoor Pool: 16’x8’ Depth: 3 feet. Use at your own risk—no lifeguard.
♥ Internet & Streaming: High-speed wireless internet and Roku smart TVs in every room
♥ Bedrooms: 2 king master suites with en-suite bathrooms. The 2nd floor has an en-suite bedroom with 2 queen beds and a bunk room with two sets of bunks (4 twin beds total)
♥ Bathrooms: 4 bathrooms—3 with walk-in showers, 1 with shower/tub combo.
♥ Kitchen: Fully equipped with seating for 12 at the dining table, additional seating in the loft and living room. Includes coffee makers (Keurig & drip), blender, microwave, and more.
♥ Deck: Spacious deck with plenty of seating, an outdoor table, a gas grill, and a 7-person hot tub.
♥ Laundry: Washer, dryer, and ironing equipment.
♥ Amenities: Start-up supplies included such as: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, sponge, small packet of laundry detergent, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additional items may be needed for longer stays.
♥ Trash: Place trash in bear-proof containers. Extra trash pickup available for $25 fee.
♥ Hot Tub: For guests 25+ only. No alcohol near the hot tub. Use at your own risk.
♥ Games: Enjoy pool, ping pong, and the multi-cade arcade machine in the loft.
♥ Security: Doorbell camera and floodlight camera for exterior security. No indoor cameras.
♥ No Pets/No Smoking: $500 fine for any violations and immediate eviction.
♥ Fire Safety: No indoor/outdoor fires (including candles). Unauthorized fires incur a $100 fee plus damages.
♥ Weather Policy: No refunds for weather or natural disasters. 4WD recommended in winter for the steep road.

**PLEASE NOTE**
Rental Agreement: Once your booking is confirmed, you'll be required to sign a rental agreement that details the guidelines and house rules. We use secure, API-integrated software to make it easy for guests to set up their security deposit and sign the agreement.

Security Deposit: A $500 deposit hold will be applied 2 days prior to check-in and released 7 days after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
