This charming condo is centrally located in Augusta and provides easy access to the Master's tournament, the medical district, Ft. Gordon/Ft. Eisenhower, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. This condo is located on the second floor and features a screened balcony overlooking a pond and a wooded common area. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and a living room. There are also laundry facilities in the unit, a w, and comfortable mattresses and furnishings.

Quiet condo located close to shopping, the Augusta National, downtown, and the medical district.

There are two queen bedrooms, a bathroom with tub/shower combination, and the second bathroom has a shower with two seats. There is a dining area, a living room, a dedicated work space, and a screened balcony.

There is one dedicated space for the unit, but there are multiple guest spaces to the right of the building. You will need a car to best navigate the Augusta area.

Manager is a licensed real estate Broker in the states of Georgia and South Carolina.
Anyone smoking inside the property will incur a $750 fine.

Windsong Condo

We found this condo at the last minute as our previous plans fell through -we were skeptical since it had no reviews yet but looked nice. The condo was clean and comfortable - thanks for the cookies as well. A few minor items to mention but since this is a new rental all easy fixes and not major concerns - need to have a screen door in the deck, 2 of the TVs were not set up (mgr helped us do one of them), the tv in the front bedroom didn’t have a cord and there were some loose screws on the floor that we stepped on in that room. The pillows were a bit thick and hard but beds were comfortable. The furniture in the living room was cozy and we appreciated the coffee, sugar and cream! One other thought - the front door knob was replaced and there are two open screw holes that can be seen out of or into the condo. The condo below was being renovated so noisy construction during the day but not anything that can be controlled. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
