The large upstairs game room is a guest favorite and includes a pool table and giant Connect 4. It is a great space for kids, friends, and families to hang out after fishing or exploring the area.

The kitchen includes the essentials needed to cook and dine at home during your stay.



Guests will have access to cookware, dishes, utensils, glassware, and basic kitchen items. A starter supply of coffee and coffee basics is provided, but guests are welcome to bring their favorite coffee, creamers, or specialty drinks.

















OUTDOOR SPACES AND PARKING

Guests can enjoy the private stocked fishing pond just steps from the home. Outdoor spaces include a covered pavilion, gazebo, charcoal grill, and peaceful outdoor areas for relaxing, fishing, and spending time together. The cement driveway provides easy access and parking for your group. Please note that this home is not located directly on Lake Bridgeport.

The Boarding Pass may include identity verification, a government-issued ID, guest details, a signed rental agreement, and any required pre-arrival forms or payments. Check-in instructions, access details, and the full property address are only released once all required pre-arrival steps are completed.



★ DOGS ALLOWED ★

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 2 dogs. A pet fee of $150 is required and will be paid through your boarding pass once your reservation is confirmed.



★ Credit Card Hold ★

A $250 credit card hold is required for all reservations.

Our housekeeping team provides a starter supply of basic essentials to help you settle in. These items are not replenished during the stay, but local stores are nearby if you need anything additional.



Starter supplies may include:

- 1 to 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

- Hand soap

- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

- 1 roll of paper towels

- Dish soap and sponge

- Dishwasher pods

- Kitchen trash bags

- Coffee pods

BOOKING NOTES

The calendar is open for online booking within the current booking window. For dates further out, extended stays, or midterm housing, please inquire. After booking, guests will be required to complete a pre-arrival form, provide ID, and sign the rental agreement. This property offers contactless self check-in, and the door code will be sent before arrival. A $250 CC Hold is required
