There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Upon arrival, you will enter through the private front entry via a secure passcode that you will receive 1-2 days prior to your stay. Street parking is limited on the immediate access road, so please park vehicles in the driveway only as there is not any access to the attached garage. You will have access to the whole home and private rear patio area.

House was fairly new. Still have new homes being built in the area. Rooms were clean and area was a friendly and safe area. House rules were as expected. Few minor cosmetic issues which I notified host about upon check as it was not a major concern. My only negative concern is that there was no access to the garage. Not that I wanted to park my cars in the garage, but it would have been nice to have access to it when we got there to unload the cars. It was raining and having garage access would have allowed us to back up to it and unload everything to not get drenched by the rain having to unload and pack it all in through the front door. This caused a huge mess in the entrance with us and the luggage being wet.

We do apologize for the inconvenience of not having access to the garage. However, the description does clearly state that there is not any access to the garage. Since it is a two story townhome, it is virtually impossible to have a picture of the front of the home without the garage in the picture. Again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Mankato move out & MoonDogs

We stayed for a week in June- moving our son out and going to some Moon Dog games. The place was very well kept, beds were comfy, & host was responsive and great! All in all a great place to stay!

Hands down the cleanest property I have ever rented. Super convenient location, plenty of space for 5 of us. Nice to be able to sit out back with patio space a bonus. Walking trail right outside patio door also a bonus. Will definitely be back with having a nephew atttending college here!
