The house was amazing. Super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lindsay was super easy to work with. We really hated to leave.

Home was in a great location for boat docking, easy access to the Atlantic, convenient location to restaurants. Home was clean and as described (the master suite overlooking the pool-warmer than the rest of the house fyi). Our group was large, 6 adults and 5 CHILDREN. Had an event that is the reason for the low rating. Without this incident, the home would be rated 5 stars. On night 2, the toilet system clogged and sewage water came through the showers and up through all toilets. Essentially crippled the home for us on a Sunday evening. Property manager basically said handyman couldn't fix it & the plumber was not responding, she did not have an alternate site for us, so we'd have to figure it out. An unacceptable response. WE called plumbers and found two 24-hour plumbers with 5-star ratings but were told they were unfamiliar to her so we could not use them. Called VRBO main line. They were looking for hotel accommodations for us for the night (an appropriate response) also called the SUPERVISOR of the property manager after researching online & she was LOVELY. She got a plumber to us in record time and problem was resolved in minutes. Also told by property manager that we'd have cleaners the next day to clean the bathrooms that flooded, and when we came back from our day around 3:00 pm, no cleaners. Contacted supervisor again, cleaners were sent quickly. A lot of needless stress occurred due to mgr. rudeness & inadequate job performance. Thankful for the supervisor.

Diane, while I appreciate your compliments about the home's location and cleanliness, I do need to correct several inaccuracies. The plumbing issue was reported on a Sunday evening after hours. I responded immediately and placed an emergency call with the plumbing company our office has trusted for over 10 years. In the Florida Keys, after-hours plumbers are extremely limited, but despite that, the issue was completely resolved within approximately three hours of your initial report. Your review gives the impression that no action was being taken, which is simply not accurate. From the moment you contacted me, I was actively coordinating the emergency response and working to secure the first available vetted plumber. Approximately 30 minutes after reporting the issue, you began requesting to be relocated, contacting outside plumbers, and reaching out to other members of our office. The first person you contacted was another vacation rental agent not a supervisor as stated. By the time you later spoke with our office manager, the emergency plumbing issue was already taken care of. It is also important to note that two full bathrooms remained operational throughout the incident. Unfortunately, our cleaners missed the scheduled time. Once I was made aware, I immediately had them go. I take pride in responding quickly and communicating every step of the way.
