A Picture Perfect View is a 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom cabin located inside our Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10 (Conner Heights Rd.). A Picture Perfect View has 3 levels and is 2800+ square feet (plus 1,200 SF of deck space). This cabin will sleep a total of 12 guests and has parking for approximately 4 vehicles, with additional parking available in the Resort. Main Level

A Picture Perfect View has 3 steps up to the front door, where you will enter into the main level. This level features an open air common space with the dining area, kitchen, and living room. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, and another 2 at the pub table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator (with icemaker and filtered water), a glass top stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Other items provided in the kitchen are a programmable coffee maker with integrated K-Cup single serve option, blender, 4 slice toaster, microwave and upgraded cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 12 guests.

A Picture Perfect View's family room is the center of attention on this level and the floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light! Even the loft upstairs is glass so it does not obstruct the picture perfect view! Watch the big game on the large LED HDTV or snuggle up next to the natural gas fireplace, regardless we know you will feel totally relaxed in A Picture Perfect View. Want to spread out a little? Just outside off the kitchen is an additional sitting area for 6 with a stone hearth fireplace and LED HDTV.

The main level is also where you will find the first of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a king size bed, an electric stone fireplace, LED HDTV and deck access. The bathroom, which can be accessed only from the bedroom, features a double vanity and a walk in shower.

The main level deck is set up for all of your grilling needs! The natural gas grill is just steps from the kitchen inside, and with plenty of rocking chairs to enjoy the view, you may never want to leave!

Upper Level

When you get to the top of the stairs you will enter into a lofted sitting area. The windows from the lower level come all the way to the ceiling on the upper level, allowing in plenty of natural light. Here you will find a natural setting filled with 2 cocoon sitting chairs, convertible ottoman table, and a beautiful earth tone rug to tie everything together. Overhead is a custom-made 3D glass star hanging from one of the wooden beams to catch the morning sunlight. This space is great for reading, relaxing or getting some yoga in while looking out onto the picturesque mountain scenery.

Upstairs there are also two more inviting bedrooms on each side of the loft. Both bedrooms feature the same amenities - a king size bed, LED HDTV, an electric fireplace, and a private deck with rocking chairs. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which features a walk in shower.

Lower Level

Head down stairs and have some real fun! When you first enter the lower level of A Picture Perfect View you will walk right into the race car inspired game room ready to entertain. The gaming area features a unique slate pool table, a game table with 4 seats, an oversized LED HDTV, a tabletop video game with 50+ classic games (Miss Pacman, Galaga, Dig Dug, Centipede and dozens more), and a refreshment center with sink, microwave and mini fridge. Plenty of seating throughout the space will ensure everyone has a place. Not enough fun? Then you haven't found the private home movie theater also located on the lower level!

This theater room is one of a kind with its Star Wars theme! Upgraded high back chairs will seat 9 with additional seating for 3 on the leather sofa. The upgraded projector features true 1080p resolution perfect for TV shows, movies, and gaming on the 100 inch screen. In addition, special acoustics and an upgraded sound system make for optimal viewing and listening pleasure! Come pick out a free movie from the DVD library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen. The theater is always a big hit!

This level is where you will find the washer and dryer in a closet off the game room, and the last of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This suite features a twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed, an electric fireplace, LED HDTV and deck access. The bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom only, features a shower/tub combo.

Last, but certainly not least, is the secluded hot tub which can be accessed from the lower level deck. The hot tub along LED HDTV is the perfect place to relax after a day in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park while you enjoy the picture perfect view!

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), The Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.

The Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
