The space
Welcome to our 3-bedroom chalet retreat located in the gated community of Big Bass Lake, Clifton Township, PA.
Enjoy the outdoor fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor sitting area, screened-in porch with a pool table.

The Space:
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, with wood burning fireplace, a dining area, and a poker table. This level offers two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen and a twin bed. Two full bathrooms are located on the main floor, one with a bathtub and one shower.
The open second floor features a king bed, and a futon and offers stunning views of the surrounding nature.
All rooms have a smart TV, mini split AC unit, and baseboard heaters.
For safety reasons, portable heaters are not provided.
Family Friendly:
Our place is great for families, including those with young kids! As parents to young kids ourselves- we understand how important these features are. We have a high chair, and two Pack-n-Plays for use. Additionally, there are plenty of kid puzzles and family friendly games.
We don't count children under 3 years old toward the 7-person limit.

Just 20 minutes away from skiing, hiking, and shopping. Popular nearby attractions include Camelback Resort, Kalahari Water Park, The Crossings Premium Outlets, Mount Airy Casino.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home (entry with digital keypad) and the option to purchase amenity passes for community activities — ranging from lake beaches, pools and splashpads, playgrounds, ball courts, to fitness centers and snow tubing hill (season-dependent).
Passes are available at various community buildings depending on the season. As registered renters in the community, guests will have access to all community amenities with purchase of daily passes ($8/day weekdays, $10 Sat/Sun, age 7 and up)
Other things to note
Guest Entry to BIG BASS LAKE (BBL) Community
Everyone staying at, or simply visiting the house MUST be on the list of names you provided after booking (we will reach out with an easy Google form).
Any changes to the form after initial request will incur a minimum $15 change fee by the HOA.
Upon arrival, you should be prepared to show a valid photo ID and vehicle plate number at the gate. Guests who are NOT on your reservation list who arrive at the gate will be denied entry to the community by the HOA and fines will occur.
*Community requires 3 days notice for all bookings. Any reservations made within 3 days of stay will be charged $50 required by BBL.
