View of sunrise and perfect and easy beach location!
We were the first stay for this host, so there were some bumps in the road, but overall I would definitely recommend this property to friends looking for an easy beachfront place in a great neighborhood. The condo is on the third floor, with a balcony overlooking the beach. I opened the patio doors wide and listened to the waves and watched the sunrise over coffee in the morning and it was wonderful! It's a lower floor so the waves were louder and there was a little privacy from the palm trees. The beach was close enough I could keep an eye on my teens on the beach when I wanted to come back up, which was a nice perk. The property itself has a nice big pool, there is a parking space, and it's close to lots of things, a really great location. It's def a little old and well-worn, but also clean and everyone was SO NICE and helpful. Good security for both the building and parking. The beach in front was quiet and not crowded at all. It's small but was just perfect for walking, laying in the sun and swimming. The apartment itself was nicely decorated and big enough for me and my two kids. There were some issues, but the host was very responsive. This was his first time renting and I feel like he is willing to learn and improve the experience, and more than anything he was kind, helpful, and willing to resolve what we needed quickly and kindly. Which is all I can ask for when traveling!
