No parties or events allowed
All outside activities must be brought inside by 10 PM - 9PM weeknights
We have outdoor cameras 1 in front and 1 out back
We have a Noise monitor around the outside of the house, if the noise level is to high after 10PM weekends or 9PM weekdays we will send a text message, we will get alerts every 15 minutes and text your phone. 3rd time will we call. There will be a $250 Fee if we need to send a property manager or if the police are called. Please be mindful of our neighbors. Thank you
No street parking from November 1st through April 1st
Do not block the mailboxes
Do not put flushable wipers, paper towels or feminine products down the toilet
Do not put food, egg shells or vegetable scraps down the garbage disposal
Wash off before entering jacuzzi
Please stay off the rock waterfall and watch children carefully near pond
