This recently renovated yet full-of-character cottage offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort, with original architecture, cozy interiors, and a welcoming porch. Ideal for both short- and long-term stays, with a fully stocked kitchen, four comfortable beds (two queens, two twins), and inviting living spaces.

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, you’ll be within walking distance of Hillsdale College and directly across from Handmade, the town’s beloved sandwich shop. A sweet cottage for my family to stay in for the holiday. Clean and well situated with everything we needed to cook meals. House was very responsive especially for a holiday weekend. Would stay here again.

This was a terrific house and I hope we can stay here again. The owner communicated clearly and well. Everything was clearly labeled and worked exactly as she said it would. Cozy exterior with an amazing interior! We stayed for the weekend and absolutely loved the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms! The host was very kind and left complimentary water after our long journey. Highly recommend would visit again!

Location is perfect for visiting Hillsdale College

My son was in town for a summer football practice. Beds were very comfortable. Having a washing machine after a sweaty workout was very nice. I appreciated the kitchen to heat leftover lunch while my son was with his teammates. Temps got a bit warm upstairs during the day but comfortable for sleeping with the extra fans. That would not usually be an issue if not for late June.

Great Location, Clean and Cozy

We were looking for a short-term rental within walking distance of Hillsdale College to attend our daughter's concert. This little home was just what we needed. Very clean, very positive interaction with the owner. Would highly recommend and will stay again if available!

Decent well stocked

Older house fixed up decent; reasonably comfortable, and well stocked with misc needs and kitchen extras.Responsive communication with owner.Owner obviously cares about making a nice rental property for a reasonable price.Neighborhood decent, with single exception of the neighbors across the street. No drama or anything, but not a good property to look at and they let one of their many cars alarm go off all night for one of our 2 nights there. Probably not a recurring thing.
