The property was very nice and clean. The host was very responsive. The only reason for the lower review is the host requires you to consent to disclosing sensitive private information during the background check like biometric information (face recognition), social media, etc (see below). You are not able to receive check-in instructions unless you explicitly consent to disclose such information. What to Expect: • Criminal Record Check: We will review public criminal records to ensure there are no concerning offenses. • Social Media and Booking History: We will look into your social media presence and past booking history • Additional Checks: This includes checks for adverse media, sex offender registries, public safety, and more. Your Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is handled in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You will be asked to provide explicit consent, and your IP address, ID, and address will be validated.

Apartment/Condo Style

The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean and nicely set up. I did have a hard time to get the keys out of the lock box(like Realtors use) as it was sticking & eventually a man helped me. The units, however, are not displayed on the walls when you exit the elevators which had us searching which direction our unit was. It would have been very "handy" as well, if there were luggage carts available to help us bring our things as we had to make 5 or more trips.. We saw through our living room window that there was a large pool & deck area but it was still the cold season, so we couldn't use it. We definitely would recommend it & stay there again despite the little "hiccups" we had at the beginning. PLUS, it was a great bonus to have underground parking ! :-)
