Located in the heart of Oro Valley, Az, this space is perfect for a couples or friends getaway. Beautifully maintained. Fully furnished two bedroom, two bath end unit on the first floor. Includes one parking space. Near the hot tub, and heated pool, clubhouse/small exercise room, firepit, and grills. Beautifully updated kitchen with quartz countertops windows with mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen, peaceful back patio with mountain desert views. Surrounded by great areas to walk.

Everything was top-notch. Clean. Well furnished. Comfortable beds. Great view from the back patio. Quiet. Beautiful pool. That about covers it! We hope to stay again next year.

The space was nicely decorated and very comfortable furniture. The view out the back patio is beautiful with the natural landscape as you your main view. AND, the Tucson sunsets are amazing!

The unit itself was lovely, wonderful view, clean, and next to many attractions in the area. The host communication is why i'm leaving an ok rating, I tried to extend my stay for a 2nd time & there were issues because there was routine maintenance scheduled. I asked for a late checkout, the host said they could not accommodate. I felt the host put scheduling for housekeepers & routine maintenance above the guest experience and in my opinion was not flexible. Otherwise, the unit was very nice.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the unit, the views, cleanliness, and the convenient location. We were also happy to accommodate multiple stay extensions during your visit and did our best to remain flexible throughout your stay. Regarding the final extension request, we had already rescheduled routine maintenance appointments multiple times to accommodate the prior extensions and unfortunately were no longer able to move them again. We did approve a late checkout for you as requested; however, checkout occurred significantly past the agreed time, which delayed our cleaning team and turnover schedule. Additionally, the home was unfortunately left in very poor condition upon departure, requiring substantial additional cleaning and preparation before the next guest arrival. We always strive to balance guest accommodations with properly maintaining the property for future guests, and we appreciate your feedback.
