This is the countryside, there may be outage of utilities, that is beyond host control. Internet is fast but may have outages at times,

We are available at most times to answer guest questions. However if you arrive late night (after 10 pm), we will not be available to respond to messages or calls. Please plan your arrival time accordingly.

This villa sleeps up to 6, extra fee beyond 4 guest applies,

No hot water in bath sink and lukewarm water in main shower. It is Caribbean, colder the better!
