Relax with the whole family at this peaceful penthouse.3 room 2 bathroom apartment with a balcony and a private terrace with scenic views.Centrally-located near beautiful beaches, delightful restaurants and spectacular views. 5 min. away from the largest Marina in the Caribbean: Safe Harbor Puerto Del Rey. Also 12 min. away from the ferry you can take to visit Vieques or Culebra. 25 minutes to Seven Seas and Las Croabas. You are just a click away to enjoy the getaway you deserve.

Other things to note

IMPORTANT to Know:
The apartment does not offer a power generator in case of a power outage. We do provide flashlights.

Also in case water interruption Costa Brava complex is not equipped with water tanks.

We let the pool/gym keys in the key lock
for the guest to use.If these keys are lost the guest must pay a $150 fee.

Also if you need to buy tickets for the ferry and can’t do it online, let us know, we can buy them for you. TWO SETS OF STAIRS ARE TAKEN TO ARRIVE IN THE CONDO

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very nice and clean. Winnie was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Location of the apartment was super close to the ferry port to catch the ferry to Culebra

Clean, convenient, easy stay

We stayed here the night before our ferry trip. The place was nice and perfect for two couples and one child. We made dinner and everything we needed was there. Thank you!

Great base for relaxing and exploring

Family of four adults stayed four nights as a home base for exploring much of Puerto Rico. Easy to drive to wherever we needed to go. Property functioned as advertised, and we used all three bedrooms without an issue. Really liked the roof deck. In-unit laundry was very helpful. Gated community was large but quiet when we were there in May. Communication with host was easy and she was responsive when we had questions. Would stay there again.

CLEAN &CUTE with AMAZING VIEW.

Truely home away from home. Pick this one. Its in a gated community with a helpful gaurd at the gate. Really nice people in area.

Perfect Spot

We stayed in Ceiba because we were doing scuba in Fajardo. This was the perfect lo ation. The condo itself is quite large. The rooftop terrace is amazing to sit and read or lay in the sun. Winnie was easy to communicate with and answered any question we had.

Breathtaking views !!!

My family and I just had the best week ever in Puerto Rico. The apartment was everything we needed and more. We absolutely fell in love with the Terrence patio. It was our favorite hangout area !Winnie was beyond helpful. We couldn’t be happier ! We will definitely be back !!

Beautiful Condo With View

We had the best experience at this condo. The check-in process was easy. The host was easy to be in touch with. The view from the condo is exactly as it shows in the pictures. It was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean. it is a gated community and I felt very safe.

The apartment had a beautiful view, the town was close to everything, I chose to stay there because of the ferry , which was like 15 minutes away , the price was very reasonable and we felt very safe there. The pool was spectacular.

Phenomenal Host and House

Winnie was more than amazing. She showed true island love to my family and I. The property was just as described, a wonderful , quiet community, very clean, equipped with everything our family needed in a home away from home and of course my son enjoyed the treats she left out for us. Her instructions from start to finish were amazing and super helpful. Great communication and host! We will definitely stay again when in the area and highly recommend. Thank you, Winnie

Nice place for a relaxing time with family

Nice appartment in a gated community. The pool is great, security staff is nice, there's also a basketball court and tennis court. The apartment is clean is very comfortable. The town is a bit isolated, but that's ok if you're seeking some relaxation and quiet.

Perfect

We only stayed one night and wish we had been able to stay longer! The roof top deck was the perfect star watching location!My only difficulty was that I forgot to schedule an uber in advance and it took a little bit of time to get one.

Great place near Ceiba Ferry

The apartment was very clean, the location is excellent if planning trips to Vieques and Culebra. It was a 10 minute drive to the ferry, we also traveled to El Yunque Rainforest took us about 30 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Winnie was very responsive, friendly, and professional.

Had a great experience here. Property was clean and very functional. Roof top area was a great bonus. Provided great views of area. Great communication from host. Easy to access and no issues. Host also provided great information on area and great restaurant recommendation. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay here, in fact we loved it so much we plan on staying here next year as well. The condo was clean, organized, bathroom and beach towels were a plus! We absolutely love the heated pool. The host, Winnie was amazing. She provided check in details with pictures to help us find the place. I loved the detail. She was also very quick to respond when I reached out to her with questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice apartment

We stayed here because we thought it was close to ferry for next morning. Great apartment but we didn’t have food with us and was hard getting transportation to a restaurant. Winnie helped us locate one close by. Got a ride there but had trouble getting a taxi so walked back. No fault of owner. We didn’t do our homework

Nice apartment

Apartment was very clean. Easy parking. Beds were comfortable. My friends really enjoyed the rooftop patio. I took away a star because there was no hot water for our two days and although we weren’t interested in watching tv, it wasn’t working anyway.
