Lots of space. Very clean. Quiet. Booked because of the multiple beds. Affordable, well priced. Easy access to restaurants, groceries and shops. Enjoyed our stay.

Property was central to the location we needed. Host communicated well. The property was tidy. The a/c unit was a bit loud but we were glad to have it. Check out was smooth.

Very clean and had all the basic things you might need except for an iron. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee. Lots of pillows, blankets, and closet space. For us it was the perfect location and there are nice parks a short drive away for the kids.

Perfect spot...exactly as hoped

Briefly in Seattle for our daughter's Medical school graduation and needed a clean, safe, convenient spot in Kenmore.Everything from start to finish was perfect. We were able to focus on our daughter.thank you!

Good for the price

Overall nice stay. Wish there was a better system for A/C for hot days. The portable A/C didn’t reach the bedrooms, and there was only 1 small fan.

Met our needs

In town for the ECNL soccer tournament. Easy 20-25 minute access to 60 acres park. Adequate for our stay. Coffee was great. Kitchen was as advertised, perfect for easy meals. Would work easily for a family with 2 little kids. A teenager would not fit on the bunk beds.

Comfortable home away from home

My family stayed in this condo for several nights in May, 2025. We chose it for its proximity to Bothell and Mukilteo, where much of our itinerary was taking place. It was definitely reasonably priced!We appreciated the quiet, off-street location, with parking directly in front. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable! The living room was a nice gathering spot for all of us. Another bonus was the proximity to the light rail, which we took advantage of to take us downtown for a concert. We spent time at the nearby Bothell City Park and Log Boom park. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay!

The mini blinds were broken, compromising privacy in the main bedroom and one of the legs on the bedframe was broken.
