Charming 1-bedroom Garden Unit with Hot Tub!

I’m a Denver local who loves creating spaces that feel comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together. Hosting is my way of sharing a little corner of the city with travelers while giving them a place to unwind and feel at home. I’ve designed this space so guests can enjoy a completely independent and easy stay; everything you need is already here, and you can settle in at your own pace.

I love the Bluebird District because it strikes the perfect balance; it’s central and easy to navigate, but still feels calm and residential. One block north is City Park, the largest green space in Denver city limits, and one block south is lively Colfax Avenue with its local restaurants, coffee shops, and the historic Bluebird Theater. It’s a neighborhood with a real sense of community, while still being just a quick hop to downtown. Guests get the best of both worlds here: quiet mornings, walkable afternoons, and endless options close by.

This home is designed for comfort and ease, with a few special touches that make staying here feel like a retreat. The backyard hot tub is perfect for winding down after a day exploring the city, and the basement has a cozy sectional and projector setup that turns movie nights into something a little more memorable. It’s a space meant for relaxing, recharging, and enjoying time together.
