Perfect for a family getaway, Station One offers a plethora of amenities including a community pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Being on the 8th floor, views are almost panoramic- see all the way to Carolina Beach on a clear day!!

Station One, once a thriving rail platform, today is the iconic oceanfront resort whose name is not only a nod to history, but synonymous with luxury island living. Conveniently centered in the heart of the island, Station One has become a guest favorite and iconic Wrightsville Beach landmark.
Other Things to Note:
1. Community pool open from May 1 to September 30
2. Limited to 2 car parking; no campers or trailers permitted
3. NO PETS policy per HOA guidelines
4. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
5. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
6. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
7. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
