We had a nice stay at Sea Watch Resort and enjoyed the location. The condo itself was nice and provided everything we needed for a comfortable visit. However, the cleanliness of the condo could have been better, as we noticed many areas that appeared to have been overlooked. We understand that occasional oversights can happen, but guests should be able to arrive and enjoy their stay without having to interrupt their visit to contact the host about basic cleaning concerns. For a top-dollar stay, we expected a higher level of cleanliness from the start. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the resort, but greater attention to detail in cleaning the condo would have made our experience much better.

Family of 7 and we enjoyed this place so much! The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning. Very easy access to the parking garage, elevators, pools and beach. If you do have a larger family I would suggest bringing a bigger pot to cook in. All in all this place was great. The host was very responsive and very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival housekeeping was still there even though we were told we could access the unit. Condo is in a great location, and wonderful amenities however the unit feels and looks rundown. It was not clean and there were dirty towels left for us to use. The unit needs a deep clean along with the living room rug which was heavily stained.

I'm glad you truly enjoyed the resort and had an overall great vacation. I appreciate feedback about our condo as we truly do try to provide a wonderful place for families to stay. I did not receive any phone calls from you doing your stay with any concerns that we could have addressed. In the future please consider doing so if something is not right upon your arrival. Over the past two and a half months we have replaced mattresses taken care of bedding had the rug and Furniture steam cleaned so it all looked brand new. I apologize if something did not look right and we will make sure it's addressed for any future guests.

This property has an excellent view,location, owner easy to deal with, resort beautiful, pools and hot tubs were great, tiki bar and restaurant were excellent, wildlife views excellent, the staff at restaurant were AMAZING and very helpful and extremely friendly Fownfalls/issuesCouldn't get pool towels, 2 ladders and 1 hot tub down, inconsistencies with elevators working and not fixed had to push 3 levels with carts in parking garage while maintenance sitting on carts watching and smoking in garage could've assisted with carts they were stretched out on, pony tail maintenance was a jerk and complained that I should've parked far away from door to bring out last of luggage while he sat exactly where I parked, salespeople in north tower were EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISGUSTING SPITTING all over deck where people walked and ate/ shut door in face and overall rude, gym was very minimal per what was described in amenities have the equipment broke or floor all NASTY DIRTY and coming apart and disheveled, Starbucks /little ice cream shop open until only 2 Sunday-Thursday should be later in my opinion with the kids and adults wanting coffee saw many people come to door and leave, front desk in north tower not very helpful and would get annoyed if you asked anything, keep lazy river a little cleaner didn't clean 1x while we were there, the chairs on pool deck were NOT supposed to be saved early in the morning for over 30min but everyday watched people put stuff on at 7ish I morning and

Great communication with owner and booking. There was a few issues but the owner was very active to address any issues but we were okay with dealing with them. I thought it was a nice condo and again great communication and we would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Sea Watch condo. Everything was perfect, the view is great from the balcony, and the condo is beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location, great room spaces and view from the balcony. The resort is great for the pricing. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and you can’t beat the convenience of its location. The king bed is firm if anyone needs that info (my wife slept much better than I did),but definitely not a deterrent from renting here again. Highly recommend booking with Sandra!

Had an issue with the main TV but the problem was addressed quickly by the contact person. We had ample bath towels furnished but not enough hand towels or washcloths. I washed them in the washer twice to offset this problem. Also the quality wasn’t as nice as other condos we’ve rented at SeaWatch. Excessive amount of lint located underneath the beds. Utility door to the washer/dryer barely opened wide enough to get to the machines. I would consider staying here again but it just wasn’t as nice as our previous rentals.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We have stayed multiple times with this owner and the condo was great it has even been updated since we have been there 2 years ago! Its kid friendly and super nice Highly recommend and the owner is super friendly and very helpful!

The condo was very clean and quiet. Loved the amenities. Weather was beautiful all week. Had an excellent time would stay here again.

I enjoy handling your rental personally, am very easy to contact at all times, and enjoy hearing stories of great vacations had in our condo. i've been renting my Sea Watch condo by owner since 2005.

Seawatch is a great family resort, and is in a wonderful, safe, upscale area of the beach. Sea Watch Resort & Plantation definitely has a 'following.' People return year after year to enjoy their vacation time at Seawatch.

The Beach! Also, within easy access to Restaurant Row, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, Tanger Outlet mall, Barefoot Landing, Bass Pro Shop, Walmart Supercenter and so much more! The by-pass ramp is easy to access from Bus. 17, so you can get to any where in Myrtle Beach easily. Sea Watch is within walking distance to a fishing pier (about 3 resorts down). Enjoy gorgeous sunrises from the balcony. I sure do!
