A Couple of Important Notes
Our home is located in Vermont’s Northern Green Mountains where winter weather is beautiful but unpredictable. Snow is common throughout the season, and roads and driveways may remain snow-covered and icy despite regular plowing. The home is accessed by a small hill, and winter driving conditions should be expected. We strongly recommend arriving with an appropriate winter-ready vehicle. Being prepared will ensure a safe and enjoyable winter stay in Vermont.
Maximum Occupancy
Blue Moon is permitted for a maximum of 8 guests. Although the home has additional sleeping space, our rental permit limits occupancy to eight guests, and we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
Pet Policy
We love our four-legged friends! However, we do not allow guest pets at Blue Moon. We appreciate your understanding and ask that guests leave their pets at home.

Enjoy breathtaking views of Sugarbush’s Lincoln Peak from Blue Moon Mountain Home, located on a private drive less than a mile from the Sugarbush base lodge.
Blue Moon offers ample outdoor parking, an attached two-car garage, and convenient keyless entry.
On the entry level, the spacious mudroom provides plenty of room for coats, luggage, and outdoor gear. A nearby shed offers additional storage for skis and snowboards. The adjoining game and entertainment area features shuffleboard, Ms. Pac-Man, board games, and a TV with Apple TV—a fun place to unwind after a day outdoors.
The fully equipped kitchen features a dining table and spacious island, creating a comfortable gathering space for meals and casual breakfasts. Just beyond the kitchen, the inviting living room features spectacular mountain views, lofted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and comfortable seating. Large windows showcase Sugarbush’s surrounding mountains and ski trails.
Step directly from the living room onto the large deck, a wonderful spot to enjoy the mountain views, outdoor dining, sunsets, and fresh mountain air.
Located off the kitchen are two bedrooms: a king bedroom with TV and en-suite full bathroom, and a queen bedroom with a nearby bathroom/laundry room combo. This bathroom has a stand up shower and a washer and dryer.
Upstairs are three additional bedrooms: a king bedroom with TV, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room. A full bathroom with a bathtub is also located upstairs.
For even more relaxation, enjoy the outdoor hot tub just outside the mudroom.
During the summer months, the bedrooms are equipped with window air-conditioners (installed from approximately June 1 to September 30) as central air conditioning is not available. In colder months, the house is heated by ground and first-floor radiant heat and second floor baseboard heat.
