Escape to this beautiful oceanfront home in St. Augustine, featuring direct private access to the sandy shore and a refreshing heated pool. Perfect for families, groups, and pet lovers, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 9 guests and offers stunning ocean views from the screened lanai and balconies. Enjoy peaceful mornings with ocean breezes, fun-filled days on the beach, and relaxing evenings in a coastal-chic setting designed for comfort and charm.

Sleeping Arrangements:

-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $60 per day must be paid prior to check-in.
-A minimum age of 25 is required to book. The registered guest must be on-site for the entire stay and is accountable for all occupants.
-This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations inside the home or outdoor spaces will incur a $500 odor remediation charge.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
-Before arrival, you'll receive a digital Welcome Guide with access details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.

Excellent vacation! Perfect location, accurate description of property, and comfortable beds. They really provided everything you need for the beach from beach chairs, stand up paddle boards, boogie boards, beach wagon, etc. If you are looking to hang out at the beach… this is your spot! Property manager/ cleaning team were great to deal with.

We were very pleased with our stay at Gypsy Belle. It was perfect for a family and beachfront! It was well equipped with everything a family needs. The kitchen lacked nothing. There were boogie boards, beach chairs and plenty of towels. The pool was clean and just right for kids. There was a problem with the pool heater but the management company was responsive. We loved our stay.

Excellent location and views. Really nice pool area. We enjoyed the porch area. Home is older and shows wear, being oceanfront, but that didn’t affect our stay. Had to kill a couple palmetto bugs, but being born and raised in Florida, it’s expected. Would stay again.

We had an enjoyable stay for our quick getaway. Inside was very neat and tidy and the decor was so cute. A little trek to the beach, but wasn't bad at all. We loved having the pool and sitting on the back deck.

Beach Cottage Bliss

The cottage was very homey. Had everything we needed. Love the walkway to the beach. It was a wonderful get away. We'll definitely rent again.

The house was cozy, clean and comfy. Only suggestion I have is to fix the pathway to the beach and add an outdoor shower. The pool was amazing, loved the outdoor space.

Overall, our three nights were good at this rental. What could be better is the pathway to the beach. This area needs to be trimmed along the way down to the beach; sandspurs were all over us along with us constantly having to push weeds out of our way. At the end maybe add rails or some kind of walkway. The dunes were very hard for my grandmother. Also, to include a stake or descriptive (walkway) was hard to find our way back from our beach walk. Just looked like dunes everywhere, especially hard for the evening walk to find which trial was ours. Besides the walkway to the beach everything else was good.

Most of our stay was very good. There are a ton of small added amenities in the unit that make the stay easy, and my son loved the bunk beds. The walk to the ocean is easy and cute, and there was myltiple turtles that lived in/ near our yard who were frequent guests.The main issues we had were around our arrival. When we got on site all of the towels (large and small) in the whole unit had been washed, folded, and put up still wet. This was also the case for the queen sized bed (the sheets and blanets were all damp). We reached out and a new dryer was brought in on the 3rd day of our stay, but it was a huge inconvenience.

Great layout with a nostalgic feel. Nice decor and stocked with all the necessary gadgets. Trail to beach was appealing and the pool was wonderful. Very safe with nice neighbors. With this being pet friendly, we were able to keep our big family together under one roof. Definitely staying again!
