The whole place to yourself Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Perfect for a couples get away escape , its a hip mid 80s single that’s been updated a bit . Located about a mile from the base of the Surf City bridge , easily get to the beach by back route use the included bikes and bike to local restaurants, bars , and stores ). Private fenced patio , sun bathing area . Peaceful and quiet !

A mid 80s single wide comfortable and cool its like a great hideout from the chaos of the world short back road way to the beach avoid most the traffic .

Great neighborhood to bike / walk around . Bike to local bars restaurants and stores ! Great back way to the beach to avoid traffic .

Home is located in a quiet neighborhood, you have the whole place to yourself including a nice yard too . Plenty of places to sit outside .
