Great stay! The place was super clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. Loved having a designated parking spot - it made things so much easier. We were visiting my son at OSU, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. Communication was smooth and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

This spot is one you rent for location only. Listing details 2 bedrooms and sleeps 8. Also advised free parking on the description with a photo clearly showing a gravel lot capable of having 2 vehicles and mentions nothing of the property being a duplex with a tenant above you.Upon arrival with 2 vehicles it was discovered the duplex issue and a tenants vehicle was already parked in the space leaving us only 1 spot. Upon raising this concern and lack of detail in the post we were informed by the host we would need to provide him vehicle information and we would be charged 45 dollars additional to pay for street parking on top of the other mandatory fees this hosts requires upon booking. Inside the house still had dust balls and debris under the beds which clearly were not clean. The floors slope so you’re walking on hills the entire time. Dishes dirty.When I attempted contact and provided my phone number I was advised they only communicate through messages on the app. On that point I gave up and attempted to salvage the trip. Please take time to read the other reviews and photos. It was all the same issues upon our arrival. Cracked and ripped chairs unusable to sit in. The walls were cracked and marked with stains. It appeared as if they cak on layers of white paint several times a year rather than clean. I found it disappointing the hosts attempt to raise concerns with them upon checkout rather than leaving a review. Clearly past reviews have gone ignored.

The front door lock was out of alignment and required more than a reasonable amount of jostling to coax it open. When we finally got in, after the 4pm check in, the apartment wasn’t cleaned. Beds weren’t changed, trash in kitchen, etc. very negative and awkward experience. The cleaner came in 30 minutes after us and asked me if I let the host know when we were coming! It was after the host designated check in time. A guest should not have to justify anything to the cleaning staff. Very awkward experience. The deposit was ludicrous, literally 1000% of the rental rate. After 1 week, the deposit was not released from my card. I had to call vrbo who directed me to Expedia who directed me to my credit card company I said I had to open a claim to get my deposit back. In the meantime, my credit card statement posted and I had to pay this deposit upfront. After numerous outage as a customer service, I finally was given my deposit back. I would not recommend this host or property!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME. Before we even booked we asked the host about prior reviews and area's of concern, in which he assured me that everything had been rectified and professionally cleaned. Inquired about wheelchair access and was advised a few steps to get into home then no issues, very open. Upon arrival there were 4 or 5 steps into the front door, the steps are so weathered and handrails so wobbly we thought it was going to break, back outdoor stairs are the same or worse. Doors into the room are barely wide and can not get a wheelchair into any doorway except the front. Parking is around back between the neighborhood garbage cans and you have to walk around home and up the stairs. Once inside apartment there was a musty smelling but was fairly clean, except there was a dirty pan in oven. Went to pull out bed in living room bed and it was broken, we fixed and went to look for sheets, none provided. DO NOT GO INTO BASEMENT, laundry down there, went looking for sheets for spare bed and dirty laundry piled everywhere. HEALTH HAZARD. Husband immediately started having breathing issues from basement, took several medications to get him where we didn't have to go to the ER. All chairs in outdoor patio were broken or torn, with trash scattered, BBQ hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Needless to say, we did not spend 1 night at this unit and owners have refused to provide refund.

Was told its available at 4:00 pm. Cleaning crew was still there and told us we could not come in until 6:00. Their was a coffee maker, but no coffee but don't expect that. BUT NO DISHES. ZERO cups, no plates, no forks or knives. So this place is ok if you only order pizza and ask your pizza place for paper plates and to bring you drinks. One bed frame was broken, I had to fix it before my kids could sleet on it. Front door No Dead Bolt to securely lock it from the inside.
