Thank you for the feedback. This review was disappointing to receive because we went out of our way to make an exception for Jamie and her family, and none of the concerns mentioned were brought to our attention during the stay. The only message we received was a question about what to do with the sheets at checkout. We keep a fully stocked cleaner closet with fresh towels, washcloths, batteries, and other supplies that we happily give guests access to if needed. Our time-stamped post-cleaning photos also show a clean stove and six washcloths placed out: two in the smaller bathroom and four in the larger one. It’s possible they were overlooked. While our cleaners do an excellent job, we understand that people can occasionally miss something. In those cases, we’re always happy to deliver more items, provide extra cleaning or address anything needed right away. We can only do that if we’re made aware of an issue. Because we were never contacted about any concerns and had no opportunity to resolve them, a two-star review feels surprisingly harsh. We truly wish we’d had the chance to help during the stay.
