House was very easy to find and it was a very secure location and walking distance to John Hopkins Hospital. It was a secure area and we felt very safe the entire time. The house is cute, clean and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect. The host was truly amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

Cute Home with Thoughtful Host

This 2 bedroom row house was clean and well kept, but what impressed me most was the attention to detail and thoughtful touches that went into its upkeep. From a set of keys for each bedroom to thorough notes on most everything you could need during your stay, this was one of the most attentive set ups I've stayed it. Would recommend, though it isn’t really walkable to much of note.

Perfect location to JHU

My son, who was a visiting medical student at JHU for a one month SubInternship stayed at this property. It is clean, comfortable, convenient and safe. Owner was so responsive and helpful! Perfect stay for my son’s needs. The free parking space offsets the cost for a long term stay. Thank you, for being a top Host with a great property!

Very convenient location with parking

Clean, comfortable & block from Johns Hopkins campus. Also close to Little Italy, Fells Point & Inner Harbor. Neighborhood was safe & reserved parking space was important. The home was roomy & pleasant with some extras - like a 1/2 bath downstairs, well stocked kitchen with dishes & appliances, games & magazines, DVD's with TV's & internet connection. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds + 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Worked well for us on a long term basis.

Cozy. Comfortable

The property was rented for its proximity to John's Hopkins. It is cozy and comfortable. It is also close to alot of nice walks in Baltimore. The host is very accommodating and answers questions quickly. The location is a busy road however I didn't have a problem with noise. Bonus: you have a parking space! You will not be disappointed with the accommodations!!

Excellent Property & Location

We reserved an extended stay at this property while a relative underwent and recovered from a procedure at Johns Hopkins Hospital. The location was perfect for this purpose (within walking distance to the hospital, restaurants, convenience stores, and a pharmacy). A private parking space with an adjoining, fenced-in outdoor patio area were significant amenities, as was the convenience of nearby public parking for guests. It was clearly evident that the property owner took care to anticipate the needs of guests. Anything that was needed was provided. Besides all of the necessities required for an extended stay, the property was tastefully appointed to provide all the comforts of home. The property owner went above and beyond to attend to our needs during and after our stay, and we would highly recommend this property for anyone, especially those who utilize the services of Johns Hopkins Hospital or those who are enrolled in educational programs at Johns Hopkins University. We truly could not have been more pleased with this property and our experience!

Townhouse stay

The townhouse was nice and close to Johns Hopkins Hospital. That was a plus since I was in town for surgery and had to stay until my post-op. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The only downfall is the noise, it's on a main rd and the traffic is constant and makes it hard to sleep.

Perfect Location

We needed a Baltimore landing pad for about six weeks and this property perfectly fit the bill. The owner was communicative and responsive and the property is well kept and comfortable.

Great Location when a love one is Admitted to John Hopkins

The Townhouse was exactly as described on line, the owner was very easy to work with and available immediately if there were any question. The essential and amenities were above what we are use to receiving in other Rental Properties. We loved the location since my son was having Surgery at John Hopkins we could walk to hospital, it is only one block away. We felt very safe on the campus of John Hopkins. The best part was a parking spot was included. We will definitely Rent this property again when we need to return to Baltimore & need to stay overnight. Jane R

Very nice townhouse

This is a very nice townhouse. Clean and well appointed, and a dedicated parking space. Highly recommend if at Johns Hopkins hospital as it’s an easy 1 block walk. Owner is very helpful and quick to respond.

Very clean and comfortable, two full beds, 2 full bathrooms, one half bath, full kitchen, back patio, parking, quick walk to Johns Hopkins Hospital. I never felt the need to call for a security escort, but they are available if you would like someone to accompany you to/from the hospital or anywhere else on campus. This is a great option for people who feel uneasy in a city environment.
