With 1 cozy bedroom featuring a queen memory foam bed with a ceiling fan to keep you nice and cool on those summer nights. The spa-like bathroom is well-equipped with a shower and bidet and great lighting and an ocean view. This cute and cozy property ensures a fabulous experience. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine (for longer stays), hair dryer, heating, free WiFi and smart TV. This charming bungalow is on the 2nd level of my home yet has it's own entrance and I cannot access the unit from my home. It's got a wonderful vibe to it, I call it La Cuevita (little cave) as it has a urban/industrial element to it. It's bright and cozy and has an amazing, peaceful view and is just steps away from the water.
This beach is peaceful and does get busy from time to time but most weeks I have to it myself.
I love hosting! To tell people what I've learned about Baja in the last 3 years and about the cute gems of eateries or coffee shops I have found. I love seeing my guests marvel at the view, enjoying the patio, outside or even the comforts of the bungalow itself. It really is a cozy little cave, full of character and charm and about 20 steps to the sand.

I love the area because it is 7 minutes from downtown Rosarito and about 15 from Puerto Nuevo and 45 from the famous Valle de Guadalupe. There are taco stands and a Calimax and XOXO within walking distance. It is also an 8 minute walk from the famous Arches of Popotla near the old Fox Studio.

My property is unique because of my personal touches. I like to welcome guests with local treats/snacks and a 6 pack of beer to kick off their time here at "La Cuevita/42.5" as I refer to it. I genuinely care for my guests and their comfort and it shows in all the details of the space. I hope you will love it as much as I do.
