Great location

The house was very clean, well supplied, and as close to the beach as I wanted with a view of the ocean from the living room. Very convenient to outdoor spaces and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Last minute get away.

The house was in a great location and we had an absolutely blast. There was some spots that the cleaner did not get or look at but overall it was good. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. It felt very much like home.

Nice clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and enjoyed being so close to the Nye beach shops and cafes. Beds on the soft side. Very well-equipped kitchen.

Great location

Loved being within walking distance of everything we needed- beach, shops, etc. House very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen well-supplied. Thankfully a small yard and we enjoyed sitting out.

Wonderful Place

This was a wonderful place to stay! Lots of space and great sleeping options. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or to get to downtown shops and food. Slight downfall is the noise because you are on the main strip but aside from that it was great. Appreciate you allowing us to borrow your space.

Perfect stay at the beach

It was centrally located. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our 3 days relaxing after a long road trip. The laundry room is fantastic. I was able to return home with all clean clothes.

Excellent Stay

Property was as described, clean and fully stocked. Only thing I would suggest is that you list that the property is on several levels (for those of us over 70, lol). Loved the location and homeyness of the house.

Family reunion

We had such a great time! The house was perfect for us! The location near the beach was excellent. We were able to see whale spouting from the living room. The house is walkable to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We loved every minute of our stay.

Wonderful location! Great Amenities!

This property is in one of the best locations in Newport! It’s clean and has great views of the Ocean. It is right by two beach accesses. The two bedrooms upstairs feel separate from the rest of the house. Management was very responsive and helpful! Loved staying here!
