Cabin 2440 - Beautiful Log Cabin in Private Resort

Cabin 2440 is a beautifully furnished log home with the capacity to sleep 12 individuals comfortably. Upon entry, you walk into a furnished living and sitting area, and will walk up a flight of stairs to get to the main cabin.
There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with one King sized bed, and the other with two Queen sized beds. Up in the loft there is one Queen bed, as well as two more queen sized beds. Both levels have a full bathroom.

Key features include a full kitchen with an eat in dining area, and a spacious living area with cable TV and Wi-Fi. In the kitchen, there will be a microwave, toaster, and coffee pot for your use, along with a full-size oven and stovetop, and a fridge.

We will provide all your bedding, linens, and towels. The kitchen will have dishes, silverware, cookware and cooking utensils for you and your guests to use. In the kitchen you will also find a basket with complimentary coffee and tea for your visit. Out back, there will be a charcoal grill, and there will also be a fire ring as well for you and your guests to utilize during your stay.

Resort access is included when renting with us at Beaver Creek! You will have full access to shared amenities such as an indoor pool, hot tub, as well as on-site snowmobile rentals available throughout the winter.

Our on-site staff will be available to assist during business hours at the Resort store.

All of our properties are privately owned homes. We ask that you please be respectful and considerate of the property you are staying in, and the neighbors in our community. Loud parties or excessive noise will not be tolerated on the grounds.
If you notice any issues at check-in, please contact us as soon as possible or go to the office so we can work to help resolve any issues. We will always make every effort to take care of any issues within the home as quickly as possible.

All our vacation homes are non-smoking. Absolutely no cigarettes, marijuana (medical or otherwise), vapes, hookah, or any other method of smoking will be permitted.

We ask that you be respectful of the property you are staying in – these are all individually owned vacation homes and there is an expectation that you do not leave the cabin before cleaning up after yourself and your guests. We also ask that you be mindful that there may be areas of the vacation homes that the property owners have locked for their storage and privacy – we ask that you refrain from attempting to access any area that is locked or blocked off by the owner. (garages, private laundry rooms, storage rooms, etc.)

Upon departure, you must close all doors when you leave your accommodations. Items left behind will be returned upon request, and you will be required to pay for any shipping expenses.
