The Coffey family are from Rochester, New York. After visiting Disney many times over the past 20 years, we finally decided to purchase a home in Florida in Windsor Hills Resort.

This unit has been totally renovated from top to bottom (kitchen, baths, flooring, lighting, paint, appliances, smart tv's, furniture and ceiling fans). Everything is new with a bright, contemporary open floor plan. Primary ensuite features a large screen smart tv, king bed, walk-in closet, modern ceiling fan and a private luxury bath with a floating vanity and rain forest shower. The second bedroom is lightly themed with a new queen bed (nectar), modern ceiling fan and large screen smart tv. The third bedroom is Toy Story themed with murals and two new twin (single person) beds (nectar), modern ceiling fan and a large screen smart tv. Additional amenities of Pixie Dust Penthouse include complimentary high-speed wireless internet, new washer and dryer, ironing board, outside balcony furniture, free use of pack and play, fold up cart for use at the pool and a highchair. The unit is smoke free and pet free, providing a clean and healthy environment for all guests. Towels and linens are provided, and keyless entry adds an extra layer of convenience to your stay.

This 4th floor end unit in Building # 3 (quite location) has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a screened in balcony and outdoor furniture. Unit access is from 2 common elevators and an open stairway. Open parking for three cars in front of unit. Overflow and large vehicle parking is located at the rear of the building. There is daily trash pickup from a covered bin at the door entry to the unit.
