This enchanting property features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, a cozy living room with a futon, and all the essentials like a washing machine, full kitchen with all pots, pans, dishes and flatware. Propane BBQ grill, WiFi, heating, and AC. With 2 bathrooms for added convenience, guests can relax and unwind in this quaint retreat. Located close to Exit 45 off I-24. Very quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining, boat ramps for access to both Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley. Minutes from golf course and antique stores. Covered boat parking for the serious fisherman. 45 minutes to Paducah KY and 90 minutes to Nashville TN. Less than an hour from bourbon tasting, local wineries and quaint historic local towns. Lots to do and see, or perfect for doing as little as possible and just relax and unwind. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our mobile home.

Great place to stay at the lake

Perfect property to stay at for a long weekend. Super comfy beds, very clean, and spacious. Driveway can fit F250 with 30 ft boat nicely. Owner responded very quickly. Will definitely be staying here again.

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Lots of room with ample storage. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Super quiet w/ beautiful views. The only thing I wish we had knew/seen before getting groceries our 1st night were the carts on the ground floor to help get everything up to our room on the 10th floor. Checking in and out was a breeze & the parking spot was perfect (close to the entrance to the garage). The bracelets that they give upon check in might be a little large for kids. My daughter lost hers within 5 minutes on the beach - but that was our fault for not noticing sooner how large it really was on her. The beach service we purchased from La Dolce Vita was perfect for our family. We will definitely come back!
