Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The location is wonderful but unit 116 was found lacking in many areas. Worst of all was the broken furniture. Don't plan on sitting on the couch - the sleeper part does not go under the back of the couch so you will be sitting on a bar. Oversize recliner has bad springs as does one of the twin beds. The kitchen is way out of date and the cupboards are in need of cleaning and painting. The patio has furniture that is way too large for a group to sit around the table.
