Overall, the home is located in a nice older neighborhood near several restaurants. The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms seem to be newly renovated. Since I travel and stay in Vrbo homes, my only suggestion is for more tidiness of the home.

Hi, I’m Cheryl your host at Dunmoreland Terrace!
As a season, real estate, professional and short-term rental host, I take great pride in creating comfortable, well appointed spaces that feel like home for every guest. I’ve spent years helping others find the right home, so it only made sense to open this properties to travelers looking for the same comfort and ease.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this home in College Park because of its unbeatable, convenience, and charm. It’s located just minutes from the Hartsfield Jackson, International Airport, major highways such as I 285 and I 85, and vibrant local spots— but still tucked into a peaceful, quiet residential area. It offers the best of both worlds: quiet, rest, and urban access. The neighborhood is ideal for families, business travelers, and anyone seeking a safe, central place to stay while exploring the Atlanta area.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Dunmoreland Terrace stands out for its thoughtful design, spacious layout, and welcoming vibe. With three beautifully styled bedrooms, two full baths, And a dedicated space for a sofa, bed and a large private backyard with the grill, the home is perfect for groups who want to relax work or gather together whether you’re here for Business family or fun. My goal is to make your stay smooth, comfortable and memorable.
