Beautiful townhome presents itself as brand new with just recently completed interior renovation. This house is ideal for a large family and an amazing hotel alternative for a weekend stay. Boasting 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths there surely is enough room for everyone! 1.5 blocks to the beach. 1.5 blocks to the bay for boating (public dock) and sunsets. In the updated kitchen find new quartz countertops and Bosch appliances including an induction oven. Laundry room also has a brand new LG washer and dryer. Five Smart TVs located throughout the house. Great outdoor seating areas make for the ultimate retreat, including a large rooftop with ocean views, a balcony off the kitchen perfect for morning coffee and a backyard. At the end of the block you will find summer morning boot camps and a large park with multiple sports including a covered basketball court, soccer fields and pickleball/tennis courts. At the local beach Surf Camp is hosted each summer. A few Beach Tags and some chairs will be provided. Within a few blocks you can enjoy happy hour with live music and evening drinks, or a meal away from home. Icona hotel restaurants and bars are located within 1 block. A short walk into town allows for more activities (movies, miniature golf, water sports), shopping and additional restaurants. Pricing depends on season and length of stay. Off Season (Spring/Fall) 2 night minimum. Summer- Weekly (sat-sat) -7night min. Small dogs considered for a fee. Please reach out for preferred pricing on all dates or special requests!

All awnings must be closed when not in use. The kitchen has a remote and the rooftop is manual. The pole is in closet upstairs next to rooftop door.
Bring all toiletries, towels, linens, and soaps needed. Comforters/pillows provided. Air/ heat use Remotes. 3 Parking spots left side of house ONLY.
We use Xfinity Stream app for tv that you may need to pull up. Log in to your own Netflix , Disney + etc with your own pword. Log out when done.

Place was easily accessible and in great location which was a short walk to the beach. Bars and restaurants were also within walking distance. All amenities were provided as stated. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful place , great location

Last minute booking for our daughter’s sweet 16 with a few friends. Great check in time earlier than most properties. One tiny snafu with check-in with electronic lock, but Bill was almost immediately responsive with a solution. Would book again. Highly recommend.

Amazing rental that is dog friendly!

My family and I recently stayed here and had a fabulous weekend with our dog. Bill was very responsive to our questions and was a great host. The house looks even better than the pictures, newly renovated house with all of the top amenities! The outdoor spaces were very updated and great to relax. We were so sad to leave, but we will definitely return!

Exceptional

The place is really nice and everything is brand new. The host Bill was kind and quick to reply to any questions. Pictures are accurate. House is very clean. We would definitely stay again. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap) loved the roof top deck. Exceptional stay and I would give more than five stars if I could.

I was surprised that I had to provide my own linens. Family that is flying in from out of town had no way to bring linens on the plane. In addition. There were no paper products. Meaning, no toilet paper, no paper towels, no liners for the trash cans and no garbage bags in the kitchen. Surely one roll of toilet paper for our arrival couldn’t have been too much to ask? Again, arriving from across the country via plane and no toilet paper in the bathrooms?? I never experienced this before.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to both the beach and bay. The public launch is right down the street, so that was convenient. Having pickleball and basketball courts nearby was a bonus for our family. You can rent paddles for free when renting the court, which was 5 for 30 mins. We ordered cheap ones from Amazon and played between 12pm and 4pm because it was free during that time. The house was lovely. Bill was very responsive. It is a townhouse, which we didn't realize until after booking, but the neighbor was incredibly friendly and rarely there. We fit 4 cars in the driveway with ease. We had a great time. We would definitely stay again.
