We are only 5 minutes to Rodeo Dr. & very central to all sightseeing Los Angeles has to offer. (We are within 5-30 minutes to almost everything.) Walk to places of worship, markets and restaurants. This is an A+ area and great for sightseeing. New and luxurious 1300 sq ft 2 story 3 bedroom + 3 bathroom fully furnished ADU in the Beverlywood adjacent / Pico Robertson area.
