The Space:

This 5,000-square-foot villa sits on two acres of pristine waterfront, offering breathtaking sunset views over the bay. Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, the home features a spacious living room with ample seating and a cozy indoor fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day by the water. A chef’s kitchen with premium appliances, multiple elegant gathering spaces, and a state-of-the-art gym with a sauna complete the indoor space.



Outdoors, a heated swimming pool invites you to relax, while private beach access and a dedicated mooring provide the perfect setting for waterfront adventures. As part of the North Haven Point community, guests also have access to a well-maintained tennis court managed by the HOA. Just moments from Sag Harbor Village, bay beaches, and Shelter Island, this stunning residence offers the best of the Hamptons lifestyle.



The Neighborhood:

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval free of charge. The deposit will be doubled in the case of pet-related damages. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.







Home Truths:



This is a new Rove listing and is currently undergoing our onboarding process. New professional photography will be added in the coming weeks. The photos shown are for layout reference only as there may be some changes to the final product (including different furniture, decor, etc).



All guests must complete an HOA application and receive approval prior to arrival. The approval process may take up to 14 days. Failure to complete the HOA application or obtain approval may be subject to cancellation.



Please note that weekly mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request with our partner's maid services for an additional $45/hour fee. Cleaning costs will be paid to the maid services directly.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $100/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
